Job Description

AeroScout seeks an experienced and aggressive sales director for the Mexico region to support the rapid growth we are experiencing in diverse industrial markets.

Suitable candidates must have both a technical and solution sales background, and at least 10 years of experience in enterprise customer sales. Prior experience working in a rapidly growing startup company is a must. This position reports to the Vice President and General Manager for Latin America.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of successful proven track record in enterprise technology solution sales with ability to consistently reach and exceed target quotas.
  • Technical background, including both enterprise software and hardware (WLAN, real-time location system or active RFID is preferred)
  • Senior (C-Level) contacts and strong relationships in manufacturing, energy, government, and healthcare industries.
  • Smart, hardworking, results-oriented, direct, strong leader
  • Ability to develop and support specialized VAR channels in target markets
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
  • BS Degree minimum
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
